Exchanges

If you need an exchange or upgrade we will gladly try to accommodate these requests. To be eligible for an exchange the product must unused and in the same condition you recieved it. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Once exchange is approved customer is responsible for shipping back to our facility. Upon receipt and inspection of the exchange item(s) the replacement item(s) will be shipped out along with a communication. 

Returns


Due to all items being made to order return requests are handled on an individual case by case basis. However, we value the customer experience and want every human whether tiny or large to love their purchase. To be eligible for a return the product must unused and in the same condition you recieved it. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Once the return is approved the customer is responsible for shipping back to our facility. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) we will refund the purchase price and send notification.

We strive for perfection which is why we manufacture all of our products in-house here in the USA. If you receive a defective or damaged item please contact us immediately.
